Carol is one of those perpetually cheerful people with a genuine
desire to help others and make a positive contribution to her
community.
Born and raised in north Toronto, Carol is an avid world traveller and
connoisseur of fine food and drink. When not visiting family and
friends in Europe or volunteering in Latin America, you can usually
find Carol cooking up tasty dishes for friends, honing her German,
French or Spanish language skills, or tending to her veggie garden.
After getting a degree in Zoology and a Veterinary Technician Diploma,
Carol began working in veterinary clinics. Her technical knowledge
and friendly nature led her to sales positions related to the
veterinary and medical fields. After her most recent travels, Carol
returned to Toronto to take a job delighting and engaging visitors at
the Ontario Science Centre, including the renowned Body Worlds
exhibit.
Carol loves living in her new house in Toronto with her charming
husband, Jode, and regal orange tabby cat, Hector.
She is excited to be CharityVillage's Toronto Account Manager.
