- AOL users: Please add the domain "charityvillage.com" into your address book.
- Hotmail users: Please select "Options" --> then "Mail Options" --> then "Junk email Protection" --> then "Safe List." Type in "charityvillage.com" --> the click "add."
- Yahoo users: if you find your newsletter in the "bulk" folder, please open the message and click the "Not Spam" button.
- Others: Commercial spam filtering programs (like SpamAssassin) typically allow domains to be added to the filter's "white list." Follow your program's instructions for adding "charityvillage.com" or newsletters@charityvillage.com
Does your Internet Service Provider (ISP) have a favoured mailer or "white list?" If so, please follow their procedures to make sure that "charityvillage.com" is added.
